Scoil Bhríde welcomes girls with learning difficulties. The teachers continually seek to incorporate literacy and numeracy skills in all class-groups. Many students aspire to complete a Junior Cert programme which best suits their ability. Students who have been diagnosed with a specific learning difficulty may receive extra tuition in some subject areas.
For girls diagnosed with a physical, hearing, visual or specific learning difficulty Reasonable Accommodations are applied for in Junior Certificate and Leaving Certificate from the Department of Education and Skills.
In September 2016, Rang Realta was opened for the first time to seek to provide an appropriate education to students who have multiple disabilities, The students who attend this class will also join with their fellow students at appropriate points and times during the day to remain an inclusive part of the everyday life of Scoil Bhríde
